Vivek has held senior leadership positions across Pidilite, Philips India, Cadbury India (now Mondelez) and Ogilvy Advertising. In his long career, he has been part of transformation journeys on brands like Fevicol, Dr. Fixit, Fevikwik, Philips personal care, Philips lighting, and Philips B2B healthcare. In his association with HUL (Hindustan Unilever), he has worked on Brooke Bond Tea, Bru coffee, Annapurna atta and salt, Close-Up, Ponds, Dove, Comfort, Sunlight, and rural marketing.
In addition to HUL at Ogilvy, he also led Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, Mattel Toys, Tata Housing, Balsara Hygiene and Onida. At Cadbury, Vivek worked on chocolate, confectionery and Milk Food Drink brands like Cadbury Dairy Milk, 5-Star, Bournvita, Perk, Eclairs, Halls etc. Vivek holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore, and B.Tech. from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. Vivek works personally on the business problems giving them individual attention and focus.
